Shippinh: Table Rate (Best Way)

When you are going through the checkout on my site, I only give one option for shipping.

 

On the order confirmation screen it lists the fees:

 

Sub-Total

Taxes

Table Rate (Best Way)

Total

 

All of that is fine, but I just want to get rid of the Best Way comment. I tried looking under the admin

 

Modules->Table Rate

 

and it doesn't give me an option of removing the Best Way comment.

 

Can someone help me out here please?
