jasonabc Posted September 4, 2006 Share Posted September 4, 2006 You have to ensure that you *open* a category (rather than just highlight it) when you add a product to it. To open a category, click the little yellow folder icon next to it. Just clicking once on the row just highlights the category - it doesn't open it - and you will add the product in at the wrong level. If you have added lots of products - then use the "Move" button to just move them into the right spot and then continue uploading making sure you are inside the category you want to add them to.
