mysql help editing database?

I have a few orders that came through my web site, but I was having a problem with order totals module, so the orders were going through, I was getting the store owner email, but they weren't showing up in admin under orders.

 

However, the orders are showing in mysql database, the only tables that appear to not have any values, yup, you guessed it, Orders_total.

 

Can I go into the Orders_total table, and add in the order totals manually, and not mess up my entire database?

 

Are there other tables involved here, that I'll mess up?
