I want to add a box for my guestbook. It does not seem it should be difficult. I want to put an image in the box and use it as a link to the guestbook file. it will open in a seperate window. I went to the knowledge base and tried to use the example, changeing the titles as necessary and tried to put the img src in as the description. I got an error message saying an unexpected < was encountered. I currently have a link in the right column which goes to the guest book. How do I put that link and just that link in a box titled GuestBook?

There are many ansewrs to this already on the forum. Have a look int he knoweldge base as well because I'm pretty sure its mentioned there too.

Anyway, to create a new box, copy an existing oine from includes/boxes/ and rename it. You can now modify the content inside it to add the picture you would like. You then need to "call it" in column_right.php or column_left.php. You may also need ot define its name in includes/languages/filenames.php.

Thanks Peter. I tried to do what you said, but I kept getting an error when I tried to put the image in the box as a link. I have searched the forums and I have not found anywhere where it shows how to put a link in a box using only an image in the box. It shows how to put textlinks in the box; how to put images in the header of the box, and other things. I don't know what I did wrong, but it did not work. I don't know what to put behind the box contents line.
