I need someone to finish an oscommerce site

My name is Glenn and I currently have a website in development, the problem is the person (has no major site construction experience) constructing the site can not complete the task of finishing due to not being able to figure out all the errors and what not. The website is as follows www.trikicks.com. I will need the site to be slightly graphically enhanced. I will also need some updates where it comes adding product. I need an authorize.net module to work for the site as I already have an account. I need an SSL certificate also to be placed on the site.
