FedEx Real Time Quotes Not Covering Costs of Shipping

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this issue -- I have a site where the module is working but the prices are not covering the costs of the shipping provided for the item. Does anyone know where I should look to see what might be causing this discrepency.

 

Also, I'm getting an E524: Invalid dimensions error for just one set of dimensions for a product. Anybody experiences something similar?
