I was going through all the contributions and I was surprised not to find any customer management add-on. I have worked for a big online store and a system to keep track of communication with customers was vital to know what's going on. If you have 100 customers contacting you on a day, and they call/mail back the next day.. you should be able to easily find back what has been discussed or done previously (and not having to search for emails and so on). I am looking for something like this: I can search on the customers number, name, email or odernummer. This shows me his order as well as the related communication. Example: - 01/09/2006 Customer mailed to ask whether Item was in stock -> no - 02/09/2006 Customer called to add an item to his order -> done + paid by credit card - 09/09/2006 Customer mailed to cancel his order - 09/09/2006 Credit card was credited Does anyone have a similar problem /and solution?
