Guest Posted September 1, 2006 Share Posted September 1, 2006 Hi all! I recently moved my store over to a dedicated server (Linux). The problem I have is that since the move, the ability to send emails from the store's admin area has not worked. Even the password reminder function is no longer working. I'm struggling to see what the problem is - when people enter their email address to receive a reminder - they get a "Success" message but no email arrives in their inbox. What is interesting is that this problem only seems to exist for non web based email accounts. So for [email protected] - there would not be a problem but for someone with an email address such as [email protected] the problem exists....
