More space around boxes

Hi

I've been trying to sort this out for ages but to no avail and can't find the relevant thread. Please have a look at my site. This is just my messing around area. As you can see I've modified quite a bit but what I want to try and do is just add more space aroud the boxes in general and certainly decrease the amount of white space where the right hand boxes were. Please can someon point me in the right direction.
