What is the best way to handle shipping in from a store in Canada with local delivery service?

Has anybody advice how to handle shipping, do local delivery service in Canada with too many postal codes. This contribution is not enough http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...ipping+by+state because in big cities there is just too many of postal codes. Is there any better solution?
