In Tools -> Cache Control, I have the following: Cache Control Cache Blocks Date Created Action Categories Box 07/08/2006 13:29:38 Manufacturers Box 07/08/2006 13:29:38 Also Purchased Module File does not exist Cache Directory: /usr/home/jemcscom/public_html/cache I have looked in my File Manager and there are no files/folders called Categories Box or Manufacturers Box at all. Directly in my public_html I now have hundreds of files called: cachealso_purchased-english.cache126 cachecategories_box-english.cache253 Can anyone help me with this at all? Guest Posted September 2, 2006 Share Posted September 2, 2006 Hello, I am also having a problem with my cache file. I have read in the forums to not have your cache file (TMP) in the root directory. I have tried to create a new cache file in my catalog, but I keep receiving an error message that my cache file is missing. Would someone please tell me step by step how to do this?
