Flat Rate "Best Rate" Language file? How do I change "Best Rate" to something else?

What file do I edit to change "Best Rate" to something more informational like "USPS Air" from the Flat Rate feature which shows up in checkout_shipping. Checked all the language and module files with no luck. Thanks in advance

nvm again, the db was from existing orders stored, still need to find a way to change this :(
