rkr31 Posted August 31, 2006 Share Posted August 31, 2006 Hi all When a new customer tries to create an account and puts in a [email protected] email account he gets the "Your E-Mail Address does not appear to be valid - please make any necessary corrections." error. The email account is valid and i have tested this with other aol.com accounts and the same happens. The Minimum length of e-mail address is set to 3 at the moment so it's not that. Any other ideas?
