bluesting Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Do I need to elaborate? In the admin control pannel, when I preview a product, the price appears to be fine. But in the actual live catalog, the prices are all showing as zero! The currency seems to be setup correctly? What are the factors that could influence this?

I had the same problem about 10 minutes ago, try either changing the currency in you live shop or close down the window and reload it. I guess it's stored in the session object and it can't find the old currency type/value

I believe it may have started when I changed the currency "code" from "R" which is the symbol of Rands to "ZAR" which is the real currency code of South Africa. But I could be totally off track on this one! I've tried changing it back to "R" again but without luck! Does osCommerce save the "default" currency code in the DB when you create products and prices, should/could the currency and code affect the display price like this??? Kind Regards
PD_Steve Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Dont change the one you had, create a new one. Change it back to 'R' and then add a new currency with the value ZAR and change all over to that.
