Hi Lucky! The problem may probably be on the permissions of the files you're accessing. If those files are configured as 'read-only' then you will not be able to modify them. You must change the file permissions, and there are a lot of ways to do this depending on the way you're accessing your files (e.g. web-host control panel, via ftp, SSH terminal, ...) Please reply on how you are accessing your files... So that I can further help you :)
