Product Attributes Listing

Hey all! I have been adding using the product attributes for T-shirts and other types of baby clothing-onsies, rompers, etc. I have different color, size and transfer options. I have 2 problems. 1) if I make a mistake-like miss the 3-6 month size and realize it 25 entries later-i can't get it to list in the correct order unless I delete all entries after the missed entry and start over. Does that make sense? I hope so. Anyway, is there an easier way to resolve this issue. 2) I cannot figure out what order the products are listed in. Here is what it looks like:

It makes it very hard to find the mistakes I made-or to come back and finish where I left off. Is this supposed to be this way?

 

One more thing I would love find the code, and simply cut and paste a for example the rompers, replace the word rompers with dresses, and save the time of entering each one. Where is the coding? Is this possible? I am not a coder. Please help! Thanks.

You should install the Attribute Sets contribution. Instead of the tedious and laborious task of assigning each individual option to each individual product - Attribute Sets allows you to create a set (say a Size set of Small, Medium and Large). You then just assign that set to your products. Job done.
