how to add a page to the cart?

i want to add pages to the cart, like on the left side that deal with shipping and handling informaiton and contact us page. but i just want content in there that i choose.

 

how do i add pages? ive tried to duplicate the php files and everything but got errors so im not doing it right.

Maybe install this:

It allows you total control over your info pages (add as many as you like) all thru Admin. Great mod.
