ASJ Posted August 30, 2006 Share Posted August 30, 2006 When someone chooses a different shipping address to their billing information (maybe someone is buying as a gift and is having it delivered to the person the gift is for)...it doesn't ask for a phone number for the new shipping address. UPS requires having a valid phone number that is associated with the address being shipped to.
