To increase PR, oyu need to increase the number of links, or get a few good high PR ones. You can do that with link exchanges, links from link directories or you can purchase links from high PR sites. The latter will work but is quite expensive for something that doesn't have much importance. I suggest you instead focus on getting your pages indexed well in the search engine listings. You do that by installing various SEO contributions like Header Tags and Ultimate SEO, to name just a few, and then by optimizing your pages for your chosen keywords.
