Problem with box heading after payment module installed

I have just add the paypal shopping cart 1.3 to an virginal install. I copied the clean install option over the cat folder. Easy right? Now in the admin section the heading have changed as shown below. Its not a global change. The site seems to be working correctly however my admin area now displays these decriptors within the boxes instead of the standard heading.

 

Questions

 

A Will this affect the operation of the site. My guess and quick testing say no, but a more informed opion is welcome.

 

B Where do I look to fix the look of this
