Please help a newbie with image loading problems!!

Hi all, I would be really grateful if you would take pitty on a newbie and help me with a couple of problems I'm having with images on my site:

 

1. How do I load more than one image per item? No matter what I've tried, nothing seems to work.

 

2. I was happily loading images when it suddenly tells me that the "images is not available" and shows nothing at all!!!

 

3. When the web site is previewed all seems fine until you click on one of the content folders, then all text remains but the images dissapear!!

 

Please be warned - I'm not a tekky so please be gentle with me and speak in plain English - thanks.

Not an expert but did have your problems :

1. Go to the contributions, there are several good ones for having multiple images per items, the basic oscommerce having only 1

2. Did the same thing with uploading images... didn't set the chmods to allow writing in the images directory so nothing uploaded!!! Change your settings to allow the images to be uploaded to the directory.

3. The fact that the images didn't upload means that when you go to the page it can't find them.
