One store to multiple stores (mall)

I've been running single store since one year ago using osCommerce (plus many contribs).

 

Now I want to "upgrade" to support multiple stores. I'll be like a mall manager where "tenants" (who own real businesses) can "rent a space" (for small fee) to build and manage their own products catalog, vendors, and receive orders. In the future it could be possible for me to charge the tenants for the sales commission.

 

So far I found only Multi-Store contrib, but don't know yet in details if it can support it.

 

Alternatively, I'm open also for other open source apps/scripts.

 

Any help?
