Urgent! My store is not storing customer details!

Hi all.

 

I have an urgent situation that i have not got a clue how to remedy.

 

My website has only been live for a few weeks but i have just noticed that my customers information is not being shown in the admin area. I have no email address to get in touch with them either.

 

If anyone knows why only first & last name (no account created date) is shown on the customers page with zero details being shown on their individual page, i would be extremly grateful.
