Problems with SSL

When i enable SSL ,the shopping cart does not keep the products of the purchases that the customers make!! It?s appears "There is not products in your shopping cart" . When i disable SSL all is correct !! So it can not be the cookies....

 

somebody can help me ??

Can I see your website? I want to see if your SSL seems to be installed correctly.

 

Are you sure your catalog/includes/configure.php is set like this? Around line 13, it should be like:

 

// Define the webserver and path parameters

// * DIR_FS_* = Filesystem directories (local/physical)

// * DIR_WS_* = Webserver directories (virtual/URL)

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.yourwebsite.com');

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.yourwebsite.com');

define('ENABLE_SSL', true); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?

 

Make sure that the SSL certificate was either on http://yourdomain.com or http://www.yourdomain.com and make sure your host installed it the same way it was purchased.

 

Is the padlock there? It would help if I could see the site.

i have the same problem did you manage to fix it ?

i am usinge shared ssl from my hosting provider .
