bubbasplitshot
Is there a way to see what's in a customer's shopping cart? I get some emails from people who THINK they completed an order, but they didn't. I want to peek. Thanks! :)

That's what I need. Just for clarity, my 'Peeking' is take a quick look for those who ask, not snooping without an invite.
