cpruissen Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Hi, I'm hope someone can tell me why, all of a sudden, my customers are experiencing difficulty with their downloads, receiving an "Invalid Archive" message when they try to unzip the file. The checkout process work. The link is released. However some customers cannot open the file. Any suggestions how I can fix this? I've replaced the files in question, and they work for a day or so and then the problems start again. Thanks so much, Catherine

OceanRanch Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Just a thought..... Get a copy of one of the "invalid archives" and open it up in a stand alone text editor. Sometimes it will cotain an error message from the server indicating the problem.
