Changing product listing format

My first question is a simple one. Where is the text define for the "lets see what we have here" heading. That needs to change immediately on my site.

 

Secondly, and more importantly. When displaying products within a category oscommerce displays them vertically with each product taking up a small tabe displaying the title price and buy now. I would like to change this to something more along the lines of: http://www.anthropologie.com/jump.jsp?item...emType=CATEGORY just as an example. Does anyone have any experience doing this or have a format I can copy in order to make the products display as boxes aligned maybe 4 columns by however many rows rather than in the vertical format?
