just installed osCommerce and it appears to be in some kind of safe mode?

anyone shed any light on this?

 

i put in a load of products with prices, but when i visit the store and click on a product they all come up with a value of 0.

 

do i somehow have to activate the store?

 

i am new to this so sorry for the stupid question, but I can't see it in the documentation.

Did you created a new default currency?

In the edit did you put 1.0000000 as the value and then click on update currencies button ?

and in the catalog/includes/languages/english.php around line 36

define('LANGUAGE_CURRENCY', 'USD');

Change it to whatever you need
