Help, Two Fold Problem

:'( Some where I made a mistake and changed something that effected the address. I have gone back and tried to undue what I think I did and nothing seems to work. Here is the effect of what I did. The error from UPS is-

111286: 14727 is not a valid state abbreviation for United States.

This is what the last part of the address looks like -

14727 - 14727, United States (it has a double zip code that I can't get rid of. I have been in the admin in the

I think I just solved tax problem. I forget to turn on the true to show taxes in the admin.

I think I just solved tax problem. I forget to turn on the true to show taxes in the admin.

Turning on the show taxes in the admin wasn't it, it just added tax on the products so I made it false. Having NY in the address is what did it so all tha has been solved.
