QTPro attribute stock not being updated after a sale

Greetings all. I've just installed QTPro and it seems to be working quite well except for a small snag. Product attribute stock does not seem to be updated when an item is sold. The "Products Quantity" field is updated (in the product info admin page) but the individual stock combos (size/color) do not appear to be modified.

 

I'm testing my store in PayPal sandbox mode and have manually changed orders to "Delivered" to no avail.

 

I've done the required setup:

 

Check stock level to true

Subtract stock to true

Select a Product Attribute Display plugin and set configuration options.

Setup new or existing product options to track stock

Add stock to your products attribute combinations.

 

Any ideas?
