Newbie, Please Help Install

I have upload the catalog folder to my web server

 

when I go to http://www.shop.cleardesignstudio.co.uk/catalog/install/

 

it cannot find the page

 

if I go to http://213.173.193.5/catalog/install/ it still does not find the page

 

 

Please Help

Simple way to solve that, is to go and download the Register Globals patched files and install them over the ones on your server.
