That is the purpose of the Auto Emailer. Although I don't know if such a module has been written for it. I'm in the proces of working on the next version though and will add that to it. Though I can't say when it will be ready.

I found "Multiple newsletter 'types', ala mailing lists" in contribution section. I am not sure is this the right one, can any one review it for me?
