Add checkbox to product description

Hi,

I need to be able to show on the product description whether or not the product is "suitable for children over 5", say.

 

I imagine it can be done simply by writing it on the description field of the product.

 

But I would like better to have a check box to tick and appear of the product page. How can I do that?

 

Alternatively, the phrase "suitable for children over 5" might appear only if checked/defined in the product.

How do I do that alternatively?
