Hi, You can go to Shipping Modules, click edit on you method of shipping, for example: UPS Ground rate, click edit you'll see: Enable Percent Shipping Do you want to offer percent rate shipping? True False Percentage Rate The Percentage Rate all .01 to .99 for all orders using this shipping method. A Flat Rate for orders under A Flat Rate for all orders that are under the amount shown. A Flat Rate of A Flat Rate used for all orders. Tax Class Use the following tax class on the shipping fee. --none--Taxable Goods Shipping Zone If a zone is selected, only enable this shipping method for that zone. --none--Massachusetts Sort Order Sort order of display. ( Just change the tax class on your shipping method that should do the trick). If you are using paypal for payments, you can also edit your payment preferences through them to include sales tax on the shipping charges. Hope this helps.
