tax help

Hi everyone.. I am having trouble with my tax. I am in australia.

 

I have added the zone as australia (all zones) then changed the tax rate to link it to australia @ 10%.. so how come it is calculating much more than 10%???

 

I read all the threads (I think) on the tax problems and followed all the tips (creating the taxzone, changing the tax rates etc) but still the prices on the website are crazy... (much more than they should be)
