Please help, urgent... stuck on checkout_shipping.php

I created a test customer account, chose t buy something, but the checkout procedure won't go past the shipping address confirmation page (checkout_shipping.php) when I click continue it just refreshes the page.

 

I looked at the code and I have no idea what could be wrong, I haven't changed that page at all from the initial install.

Also, I added the coupon contribution. None of the edits effected the docs associated with the checkout_shipping.php page.

The Zone of your account does not have an option it appears.

try placing a shiiping option with zone as none and check.

 

If this does not solve please provide more details.
