Guest Posted August 27, 2006 Share Posted August 27, 2006 This is a big problem for me just now, especially as I though everything was under control :-( When I add a product that has no attributes to the cart, all fine. If I then go in and change the quantity I'd like to order, fantasitc. works great. However, if the product has an attribute, I have a big problem. For example sake say I go in and add 2 shampoos scented with lavender, it add them fine. However, 2 problems then arise: 1) If I want to update the quantity to 3, it doesnt allow this. I have tried updating from the shopping cart and from the product info pages, but no luck. 2) If I then want to add the same product but with a different attribute to the cart, it does add the product whatsoever. Can anyone help me in any way, point me in the right direction? Give me a tip as to what I should be looking for? Gladly PM me and I will supply you with the Web address.
