how to make my header bigger

my header looks fine untill you log in and then the reward points come on and stretches the header. is there a way of making it bigger as i have tried altering

in includes/header.php but all this does is make it higher and then i have to make the body taller.

I agree with Steve that the username and password doesn't work. Bad Username or Password.

sorry all i changed the email address to see if the download was activated and it isnt so i have another problem now lol but still the header and the body moves now. if you log in the header goes crazy and if you click on view my balance and points received it all goes crazy

sorry ive put an ip block on it noone can sign in on other usernames. anychance you could register and i will add points and you will see what i mean.
