I want to add text to checkout_shipping.php

Hello ,

I got bored from fixing FedEx cont. to add in my oscommerce .

So , Iw wondered if I can add text at the top of first checkout page that is named checkout_shipping.php telling them : "Shipping fees were not added to this invoice , we will send you a seperate email with shipping fees shortly ".

I will calculate the shipping fees at my own and send them the fee to their email inbox with an invoice asking them to pay it besides the 1st invoice of the purchased items.

 

WILL THAT WORK ? WHAT DO U THINK ??

 

AND HOW CAN I ADD THE TEXT ??

 

please give me a hand and be noticed that my experince at oscommerce and PHP is ZERO.
