Category Images

Hi all. I noticed that the default categories are some thing like Hardwares/Softwares/DVD, each of which having subcategories and looking at the files on my host, each subcategory has a folder for their images in

 

"catalog/images/category_folder"

 

However, when I try to create a new category with or without a subcategory, the images for my new category and their products are all messed up in the folder:

 

"catalog/images/"

 

Question is, how do I create a new category or subcategory wherein all the images of the products of that category/subcategory are located on a single folder only?
