When customer goes to checkout it logs them out instead of going to checkout

i have just installed POINTS AND REWARDS MODULE V2.0d ## CORRECTED from contribs and when i went to checkout it logged me out then said i had nothing in checkout because i was logged out.

 

everything has installed ok so i thought till this happened.

 

i have just realised my header goes funny when the points value goes up when logged in and also when you look at my points information it all goes heywire ive never seen this before. can someone help me as i am still a novice at this.

you could try restoring your oscommerce to the state it was in before you installed the mod and check it works... then reinstall it again and see if the same fault develops.... (i find its easy to make a small mistake)
