My site bears no resemblance whatsoever to oscommerce's default layout, and it took me maybe a day? Not much more than that, I think. And I had some stuff in there that I thought might not be compatible with the way osc formats the website. There's a thread in my signature with tips on how. If that's too difficult for you, I've heard varying things about BTS, and then again, there's always templates you can buy. Always BACK UP your files and your database before making any changes.
