davidclayton Posted August 25, 2006 Share Posted August 25, 2006 an order arrived today from venezuela, but the product names are blank in the admin area in the order details. so i have no idea what items were ordered. however the attributes for the products are listed, so i can guess at what was ordered. the weird thing is that one of the attributes is "Size" and it is displaying "Talla" instead [which is size in spanish]. there was another order made 30mins before from ireland, and all appears fine with this. there are no language options for the website. is there any chance that a translator, like babelfish or similar, could have affected the order? and also, any ideas why the product names did not appear? all advice appreciated... :) dave Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Try adding ?language=es to one of your product links and check if a spanish page without product names opens. abra The First Law of E-Commerce: If the user can't find the product, the user can't buy the product.
