Shipping_Estimator.php problem

Im sure this is just an ID 10 T error...but I keep getting this error and I've loaded the dang shipping estimator everywhere it seems...

 

Warning: main(includes/modules/FILENAME_SHIPPING_ESTIMATOR): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/aednaturals.com/www/aednaturals.com/templates/content/shopping_cart.tpl.php on line 342

 

I loaded the shipping_estimator.php here: /includes/modules/

 

and here: /home/aednaturals.com/www/aednaturals.com/templates/content

 

AND here: /aednaturals.com/www/aednaturals.com/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/

 

AND here: /aednaturals.com/www/aednaturals.com/includes/languages/english/modules

 

 

i don't have a catalog folder...

 

 

Anyways, what is my problem besides lack of sleep? Anyone have any idea?? And please feel free to play on my site as it's in test mode (sort of)
