Products Just Added-It Says Not Available-Please Help

Hi Everyone

 

Can someone please help me with this...?

I add a product and image which shows up fine in the "what's new" section, but when I click on that item, it says "product not available" :'(

 

I really don't know a thing about os commerce and this was sort of tossed at me, and I don't know who started the installation.

 

What should I be doing to make a product that I've just added show up as available...?

 

If someone can please tell me, thank you so much!!

Not too clever at all this but if you go into catalog and edit the item have you checked that it is ticked as in stock?

Have you checked the Date Available?
