Hi Guys

I am currently adding the OS Commerce to my website and have an independant index page (this page should not have the shopping cart on it). Now I see that this tool has already created an index.php page, this will obviously be utilised in alot of the links. I would like to rename the index page shoppingcart.php but this seems to break the tool alot. I was wondering if there was an easier way to create a change to the naming convention of this tool without having to go look for each place which uses index.php.

eg.

index.php - this will become my own homepage

shoppingcart.php - this was the shopping cart and the main page was called index.php.

I hope I make sense.

Thanks in advance

It does not work quit that way. You have an index page on your server. If you want to use the index page that you created then use that. You then upload your file "catalog" to the server and add a link to your catalog from your index page. Each folder on your web site then has its own index page.

We sometimes call our catalog the shopping cart area of the web site.

Hope that helps
