horizontal & vertical Menu with "on" and "off" function

Hello everybody!

 

i allready have looked at the contribs for some solutions.

 

 

here is a example for what i want.

 

first Menu -> Music | Stuff | Computer | Garden |

___________________________________

 

second menu

 

Music

----------

Stuff

----------

Computer

----------

Garden

----------

 

The menu fields Music, Stuff, Computer, Garden are images.

After selecting one menu point, the image from that point should change to a active status (a other image)

 

After selecting the first category the first menu should stay active and the second menu should expand.

i really hope that somebody could help me or devolpe something like this.
