What is Safe to delete in index

When I go into index in the languages folder and I have all the script...what is safe to delete so the "Let's See What we have here" and all of the text that comes with it deletes?

When you're in your Admin / Languages / Define and you go into your index.php? You can put whatever text you want there. I mean, you can have:

 

define('HEADING_TITLE', 'These products here really suck, but buy them');

 

Or, if you want NO heading title whatsoever, just have

 

define('HEADING_TITLE', '');

 

Good enough?

and that's it? do I delete the script that says you can change this text by...and everything else it says or do i just insert the code you said?
