Help Needed - Modules Not Loading

Good Evening,

 

I have been working locally upon my new website, however, I am experiencing problems now that I have uploaded to the server. If you can help with these, that would be much appreciated.

 

1. the modules directory is not being seen and therefore no payment can be selected.
