Guest
I 've had three programmers work on this site. I had the third one over-ride the second one and re-install what the first programmer installed. In the process I lost access to my the admin part of my site. Is there a way to overide the password, or a way that I can get into the admin?

I had the third one over-ride the second one and re-install what the first programmer installed. In the process I lost access to my the admin part of my site. Is there a way to overide the password, or a way that I can get into the admin? Why won't the third programmer tell you what he changed the password to? Ex-boyfriend gone bad? Andrew Yuen
Depends how the directory is password protected. If it is password protected by a .htaccess file and you have access to ftp delete the file and either use cpanel to create a new user and password or replace the .htaccess file manually.
